User / Customer: Anyone browsing, registering, or purchasing via the Platform
Vendor / Seller: Businesses or individuals selling products/services on Panun Cart
Platform: Website, mobile app, vendor dashboard, and travel booking system
Service Partners: Logistics providers, payment gateways, travel partners, and third-party agencies

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age

• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

• Use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws

4. Account Registration

To place orders or access vendor tools, users must provide:

• Name

• Email

• Phone number

• Address

• Verification documents (if required)

Users must maintain the security of their login credentials and OTP.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

Users must NOT:

• Engage in fraud, misuse, or illegal activities

• Upload harmful or copyrighted content without permission

• Attempt unauthorized access

• Manipulate pricing, ratings, or reviews

• Use bots or automated tools

Violations may lead to suspension or permanent ban.

6. Payment Policy

A. Domestic (India) Orders

• 10–15% mandatory prepaid amount

• Remaining amount via COD (if eligible)

• Customer pays shipping charges

• COD not available for risky or restricted items

B. International Orders

• 100% prepaid only

• Customs duties, import taxes, processing fees paid by customer

C. Premium / High-Value Products

• 100% prepaid mandatory

D. Payment Failure
Orders may be cancelled automatically if payment is not successful or verified.

7. Pricing & Availability

Prices may change anytime.
Orders may be cancelled due to:

• Out of stock

• Pricing errors

• Logistics restrictions

Prepaid orders will be refunded fully.

8. Delivery Policy

A. Domestic Delivery
Handled via OpenBooker Delivery and authorized couriers.
Time depends on vendor location, courier delays, weather, etc.

B. International Delivery
Managed by vendors and international logistics partners.
Delivery depends on customs and foreign carrier policies.

9. Return, Replacement & Exchange Policy

A. Domestic Orders

• Depends on category and vendor approval

• Customer pays return shipping

• Beauty & Personal Care: No returns

B. International Orders

• 100% prepaid only

• Returns allowed only if seller approves
  Customer must pay reverse shipping, customs duties, re-import charges, etc.

C. Non-Returnable Categories

• Beauty & Personal Care

• Hygiene items

• Perishables

• Digital goods

• Customized or bulk orders

D. Damaged/Wrong Item
Must be reported within 48 hours with unboxing proof.

10. Travel Services (Panun Travel)

Panun Cart acts as a booking facilitator.
All bookings follow airline/hotel rules.
Convenience fees are non-refundable.
Panun Cart is not liable for delays, cancellations, or third-party failures.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, graphics, and digital assets belong to Panun Cart Pvt Ltd.
Unauthorized copying or use is prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

Panun Cart is not responsible for:

• Vendor errors

• Delivery delays

• Third-party failures

• Customer misuse

• Force majeure events

Maximum liability = order value only.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for:

• Fraud

• Terms violation

• Illegal activity

• False documents

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes fall under Srinagar/Jammu & Kashmir jurisdiction.
